Julie and Carl become part of your family during the difficult time after loosing your loved one. Nothing is too much trouble, they are both so kind, caring, compassionate, professional and yet also down to earth. My Dad was treated with dignity throughout and we cannot thank Julie and Carl enough for the support you've given the us.

It’s been nearly a year since the passing of my late father. Andreas Florou. All I can say is thank you so much to both Carl & Julie Jones who looked after my father in the most caring way. As you can imagine with such a huge loss to the family their caring and unobtrusive attention to every detail was taken care of, from the early hours of the morning until even after the funeral to check If we needed anything at all. Nothing was too much trouble...it’s rare in this day & age that you find kind people like this that understand & really care about families in their time of need & who are genuinely sincere. I spoke to Julie to start funeral arrangements , I didn't know where to begin but Julie was was patient and compassionate. She explained that our son would be taken into their care from the hospital and then explained the next steps , from there we we're more than satisfied that he would receive the greatest of care .
